As you ascend into the Garhwal Himalayas, Guptkashi becomes your base before undertaking the iconic trek to Kedarnath Dham — one of the most revered Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The journey to Kedarnath is not just a trek, but a test of faith and determination, surrounded by towering snow-clad peaks and the powerful aura of the Mandakini valley. Witnessing the evening aarti at Kedarnath Temple, with chants echoing across the mountains, becomes a moment that stays with you for life.

After descending back, the journey continues towards Badrinath Dham, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, where spirituality meets serenity amidst the majestic Neelkanth peak backdrop. Day 0

DEPARTURE TO GUPTKASHI VIA RISHIKESH

Departure in the evening.
The group will assemble at the pickup point.
Afterward, you’ll get a small briefing from the Trip Leader(s)
Halt for dinner in between(not on us).
Overnight journey to Guptkashi via Haridwar Rishikesh.

Day 1

GUPTKASHI

Halt in between, freshen up a bit as we drive to Guptkashi
Enroute we will cross Devprayag & Rudraprayag
Reach Guptkashi late in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 2

GUPTKASHI TO GAURIKUND AND KEDARNATH TREK

Wake up & start your day early.
Have breakfast and leave for Gaurikund (Kedarnath trek base point).
Start your trek to Kedarnath (16 km, 7-8 hours trek)
Reach Kedarnath by evening.
Check-in to the guest house at Kedarnath and experience
live aarti at one of the highest abode of Lord Shiva.
Dinner and overnight stay in Kedarnath.

Day 3

KEDARNATH TO GUPTKASHI

Wake up and have your breakfast.
Visit Bhairavnath temple then start trek down to Gaurikund.
Reach Gaurikund by evening and drive to Guptkashi.
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 4

GUPTKASHI TO BADRINATH

Early morning drive to Badrinath
Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening.
Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another interesting spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka,
Bhimkund, and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three km of Badrinath Temple
Dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 5

JOSHIMATH TO RISHIKESH/HARIDWAR

Morning(7:30 AM) after breakfast drive to Rishikesh.
Enroute visit Devprayag (Sangam of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi River).
Reach Rishikesh & visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula.
In evening take part in aarti in Triveni Ghat.(If time permits)
After aarti darshan proceed to hotel for overnight stay

Day 6

RISHIKESH/HARIDWAR - DELHI (250 KMS APPROX)

Morning after breakfast depart for Delhi.
Drop at Delhi
Yatra End with wonderful Blessings & Everlasting Memories.

Policies

Booking Policy

1. Reservation & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
A minimum advance payment of 30–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance payment must be cleared 15 days before the tour departure date.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Online Payment Gateways.
All transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the guest.

3. Booking Voucher

After receiving the advance payment, we will issue a Booking Voucher/Confirmation Email with all tour details.
The guest must carry a copy (printed or digital) of the voucher during the trip.

4. Group & Customized Bookings

Group bookings (6 or more persons) may have special discounts or conditions.
Customized packages will be confirmed only after full payment and agreement on the itinerary.

5. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in INR / USD (as per company standard) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates.
Once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed, unless due to government-imposed changes.

6. Responsibility of Guest

Guests must provide accurate personal details (passport, ID, etc.) at the time of booking.
Any incorrect information resulting in travel disruption will be the guest’s responsibility.

Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Guest

30 days or more before departure → Full refund (after deducting transaction/processing charges).
15–29 days before departure → 50% of the tour cost will be deducted, rest refunded.
7–14 days before departure → 75% of the tour cost will be deducted, rest refunded.
Less than 7 days / No show → No refund.

2. Cancellation by Company

If we cancel the tour due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, political unrest, minimum group size not met, etc.), guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, or an option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Transaction charges, flight bookings, visa fees, insurance, or third-party bookings (hotels, activities) are non-refundable.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

Guests can request a date change up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges (if any).
After that, rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.

5. No Refund for Unused Services

No refund will be made for unused services, early departure, or voluntary cancellation during the trip.
