Booking & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed before trip departure unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• TrooperTrips reserves the right to revise prices due to external factors (fuel hikes, permits, etc.).

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure → 80% refund.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure → 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days → no refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• No refund for unused services or “no show”.

Traveler Responsibility

• Carry valid ID and travel documents at all times.
• Follow instructions of trek leaders and guides.
• Respect local culture, wildlife, and environment.
• Abide by government rules, park regulations, and community guidelines.

Liability & Disclaimer

Adventure travel involves risks. TrooperTrips is not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, or natural calamities.
• Loss of personal belongings, injury, or accident beyond our control.
• Third-party services such as transport, hotels, or permits.

Health & Fitness

• Participants must be physically fit for trekking/touring activities.
• Medical conditions must be declared at the time of booking.
• TrooperTrips may refuse participation if fitness levels pose safety risks.

Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
