Reaching Guptkashi, nestled in the Mandakini valley, sets the base for your ascent towards Kedarnath Dham — one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The trek to Kedarnath is not just a physical climb but a spiritual elevation, surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes, flowing rivers, and chants of devotion echoing through the valley.

Arriving at Kedarnath, witnessing the evening aarti against the backdrop of towering Himalayan peaks becomes the highlight of the journey — a moment of stillness, faith, and connection that words often fail to capture. The descent back to Guptkashi brings a sense of accomplishment, followed by a scenic return journey via Devprayag — the holy confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers, where the Ganga officially begins.

DEPARTURE TO SONPRAYAG

The group will assemble at the pickup point.
Afterward, you’ll get a small briefing from the Trip Leader(s)
Halt for dinner in between(not on us).
Overnight journey to Guptkashi via Haridwar Rishikesh.

Overnight stay at Sonprayag.

Day 2

SONPRAYAG TO GAURIKUND AND KEDARNATH TREK

Wake up & start your day early.
Have breakfast and leave for Gaurikund (Kedarnath trek base point).
Start your trek to Kedarnath (16 km, 7-8 hours trek)
Reach Kedarnath by evening.
Check-in to the guest house at Kedarnath and experience live aarti at one of the highest abode of Lord Shiva.
Dinner and overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Kedarnath top stay will be in basic dormitory rooms

KEDARNATH TO GUPTKASHI

Wake up and have your breakfast.
Visit Bhairavnath temple then start trek down to Gaurikund.
Reach Gaurikund by evening and drive to Guptkashi.
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 4

DEPARTURE FROM GUPTKASHI

Wake up and have your breakfast.
Departure from Guptkashi via Rudraprayag.
Enroute we will visit Dhari Devi temple in Srinagar.
On arrival at Rishikesh, If time permits you can explore colorful markets & Ram Jhula.
Have dinner at Rishikesh.
Overnight journey to Delhi.

Policies

Booking Policy

1. Reservation & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp.
A minimum advance payment of 30–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance payment must be cleared 15 days before the tour departure date.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Online Payment Gateways.
All transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the guest.

3. Booking Voucher

After receiving the advance payment, we will issue a Booking Voucher/Confirmation Email with all tour details.
The guest must carry a copy (printed or digital) of the voucher during the trip.

4. Group & Customized Bookings

Group bookings (6 or more persons) may have special discounts or conditions.
Customized packages will be confirmed only after full payment and agreement on the itinerary.

5. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in INR / USD (as per company standard) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates.
Once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed, unless due to government-imposed changes.

6. Responsibility of Guest

Guests must provide accurate personal details (passport, ID, etc.) at the time of booking.
Any incorrect information resulting in travel disruption will be the guest’s responsibility.

Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Guest

30 days or more before departure → Full refund (after deducting transaction/processing charges).
15–29 days before departure → 50% of the tour cost will be deducted, rest refunded.
7–14 days before departure → 75% of the tour cost will be deducted, rest refunded.
Less than 7 days / No show → No refund.

2. Cancellation by Company

If we cancel the tour due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, political unrest, minimum group size not met, etc.), guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, or an option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Transaction charges, flight bookings, visa fees, insurance, or third-party bookings (hotels, activities) are non-refundable.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

Guests can request a date change up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges (if any).
After that, rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.

5. No Refund for Unused Services

No refund will be made for unused services, early departure, or voluntary cancellation during the trip.
