Policies


Booking Policy

1. Reservation & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp.

  • A minimum advance payment of 30–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the reservation.

  • The balance payment must be cleared 15 days before the tour departure date.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Online Payment Gateways.

  • All transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the guest.

3. Booking Voucher

  • After receiving the advance payment, we will issue a Booking Voucher/Confirmation Email with all tour details.

  • The guest must carry a copy (printed or digital) of the voucher during the trip.

4. Group & Customized Bookings

  • Group bookings (6 or more persons) may have special discounts or conditions.

  • Customized packages will be confirmed only after full payment and agreement on the itinerary.

5. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in INR / USD (as per company standard) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed, unless due to government-imposed changes.

6. Responsibility of Guest

  • Guests must provide accurate personal details (passport, ID, etc.) at the time of booking.

  • Any incorrect information resulting in travel disruption will be the guest’s responsibility.

Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • 30 days or more before departure → Full refund (after deducting transaction/processing charges).

  • 15–29 days before departure → 50% of the tour cost will be deducted, rest refunded.

  • 7–14 days before departure → 75% of the tour cost will be deducted, rest refunded.

  • Less than 7 days / No show → No refund.

2. Cancellation by Company

If we cancel the tour due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, political unrest, minimum group size not met, etc.), guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, or an option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Transaction charges, flight bookings, visa fees, insurance, or third-party bookings (hotels, activities) are non-refundable.

4. Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Guests can request a date change up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability and additional charges (if any).

  • After that, rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.

5. No Refund for Unused Services

  • No refund will be made for unused services, early departure, or voluntary cancellation during the trip.

FAQs


Indian nationals need a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity or a Voter ID. Two passport-size photographs are required. An e-permit is mandatory and will be arranged as part of the package.

No visa is required for Indian citizens. However, an entry permit (e-permit) is compulsory and is issued at Phuentsholing with prior assistance.

The Bhutan government charges an SDF of ₹1200 per person per night, which is already included or clearly mentioned in the itinerary.

Comfortable standard or premium hotels are provided at all destinations. If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, similar-category hotels will be arranged.

The hike to Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery) is of moderate difficulty, taking about 4–5 hours round trip. It is suitable for travelers with average fitness levels. Ponies are available (at extra cost) for part of the ascent.

Yes, the package includes daily breakfast and dinner (buffet style) as mentioned. Lunches and personal food preferences are not included.

Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for entering Bhutan. It must cover medical emergencies and evacuation if required.

Transfers are arranged in AC vehicles (Innova / Indigo / Tempo Traveller) based on group size. AC may not be operational during hilly routes for safety reasons.
