7:45 A.M After breakfast at your hotel in Hanoi, we set off on a scenic drive through the Red River Delta toward the legendary Halong Bay, known as “The Bay of the Descending Dragon.” Located in northeastern Vietnam, Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, celebrated for its breathtaking landscape, unique geology, and mystical charm—recognized in both 1994 and 2000.

Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Pier, you’ll be warmly welcomed aboard by the friendly crew of our cruise. As the boat begins its journey into the heart of the bay, enjoy a delicious lunch featuring fresh local seafood while the stunning seascape unfolds around you. Towering limestone islets rise from emerald waters, each with its own story—pass by iconic formations like Rocky Dog Islet, Incense Burner, and the famous Fighting Cock Islet, symbols of Halong’s timeless beauty.

Our next stop is the awe-inspiring Sung Sot Cave (Amazing Cave), renowned for its vast chambers and dazzling stalactites. After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our journey to the charming town of Hoi An. Along the way, we stop at the Marble Mountains—five majestic limestone peaks representing the five elements of the universe: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. Here, guests can explore ancient caves, pagodas, and enjoy panoramic views of the coastline.

Continuing onward, we arrive at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, where you’ll step into the shoes of a local fisherman. Glide through tranquil waterways lined with coconut palms in a traditional Vietnamese bamboo basket boat, learn age-old fishing techniques, and try your hand at catching crabs and coconut mussels. This peaceful landscape, once a battleground during wartime, now offers a serene glimpse into rural life.

Returning to the heart of Hoi An, we begin a walking tour through its enchanting Ancient Town—a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Originally a bustling Cham seaport, Hoi An has been shaped over centuries by traders from China, Japan, and Europe. Stroll through narrow streets lined with low-tiled houses and visit iconic landmarks such as the Chinese Assembly Halls, ancient temples, the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, and the Sa Huynh Culture Museum.
