Booking Policy

1. Reservation & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp.

  • A minimum advance payment of 30–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the reservation.

  • The balance payment must be cleared 15 days before the tour departure date.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Online Payment Gateways.

  • All transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the guest.

3. Booking Voucher

  • After receiving the advance payment, we will issue a Booking Voucher/Confirmation Email with all tour details.

  • The guest must carry a copy (printed or digital) of the voucher during the trip.

4. Group & Customized Bookings

  • Group bookings (6 or more persons) may have special discounts or conditions.

  • Customized packages will be confirmed only after full payment and agreement on the itinerary.

5. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in INR / USD (as per company standard) and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airfare, fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed, unless due to government-imposed changes.

6. Responsibility of Guest

  • Guests must provide accurate personal details (passport, ID, etc.) at the time of booking.

  • Any incorrect information resulting in travel disruption will be the guest’s responsibility.

Refund & Cancellation
  • More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
  • 40 – 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
  • 29 – 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
  • 14 – 10 days: 75% charged of the total booking value
  • Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of the total booking value

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
