Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

  • Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed advance.
  • Documentation: Valid government ID and accurate participant details are mandatory.
  • Inclusions: As per itinerary/booking voucher (accommodation, meals, transfers, permits where mentioned).
  • Exclusions: Personal expenses, optional activities, or anything not explicitly mentioned as included.
  • Group Size: Batch sizes may vary by trek/tour; we may merge small groups to ensure departures.

Payments

  • Advance: Minimum 30% to block your seat(s) unless specified otherwise.
  • Balance: 100% payment is due before departure / as per invoice.
  • Modes: UPI, Net Banking, Cards; processed via secure gateways. We do not store card data.
  • Price Revisions: Rare changes due to taxes, fuel, permits or regulatory fees will be informed prior.
  • GST Invoices: Provided on request with valid details.

Cancellation by Traveler

Send a written request (email/WhatsApp registered with booking). Refund is calculated on total trip cost (excluding non-refundable components—see below).

  • Partial cancellations or reduction in headcount follow the same slab per person.
  • Bank gateway charges, convenience fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing

  • Mode: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • TAT: Typically within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Operator-led Changes: If we cancel due to low participation, natural events, or safety concerns, you may choose a 100% refund or free reschedule to the next available date.
  • On-trip Curtailment: Unused services caused by weather/force majeure are non-refundable; best alternate arrangements are attempted.

Non-Refundable Components

  • Government permits, entry tickets, or third-party fees once issued.
  • Special festival/peak-season surcharges.
  • Train/flight/bus tickets booked on your behalf (subject to carrier policy).
  • Visa fees, insurance premiums (if applicable).

Date / Name Changes

  • Reschedule: Allowed ≤ 15 days before departure subject to availability. Fare difference & admin fee may apply.
  • Name Change: Possible until permits/tickets are issued. After issuance, changes follow third-party rules.
  • Route/Itinerary: May change due to weather, authorities, or safety advisories. We strive to deliver equivalent value.
